Well folks, that's it – the last UK show has been and gone. Last Saturday we headed to our local Castle Combe Circuit for the Action Day Finale. A new event, it rounded off the year with the usual Action Day mix of track action, drift demos, club displays and trade. Although it started off a tad wet, by lunchtime, the track began to dry and although it was still slippery, plenty of people headed out for some fast laps.

Our man Rob was one of them, taking his trusty BMW Z4 out and lapping the testing circuit in his usual 'balls-out' manner. Aside from a few minor upgrades, this cool coupe is stock and never misses a beat when it's on track. And apart from one slightly sideways moment – Rob came back smiling, with the car ready to for its next outing.

The Ramair BVMW 335i spent its day on the stand due to owner Chris being away. He did offer us the keys, but with over 600bhp going through those rear tyres and a slippery track, we thought it best to wait until the expert is back!

Thanks to everyone that came over to see us on the stand – it was great to catch up with many old faces and meet plenty of new ones. It was also nice to see so many club cars running Ramair intakes, including the Car of the Show – a stunning Mk1 Audi TT.

Right, we're off for a well earned rest now. Well, we say "rest" we're now planning for our trip to Vegas for the huge SEMA show. Keep your eyes on our social channels for updates.
