We head to TRAX

This weekend, it was a double header for us at the home of the British Grand Prix. On Saturday, Jamie was racing at Silverstone in the TCR Golf and on Sunday we headed to the Northamptonshire circuit for one of the final big events of the year, TRAX.
The weekend got off to a flying star as Jamie brought home another win in the hard-charging Golf. He really has had an incredible season (keep your eyes on our social channels for a full race report).
Once the race teams had packed up on Saturday afternoon we headed into the paddock to set up the Ramair show stand ready for Sunday’s event.
With a mixed weather forecast, we weren’t sure what to expect, but right from the off the place was rammed. Hundreds of tuned cars began heading into the circuit as club stands filled up and those booked in for track time got ready.
Our own Chris Roberts arrived in his ballistic BMW, ready for some typically hard laps (once he’d topped up with methanol and swapped over his track wheels).
A greasy circuit caught a few drivers out early on, but Chris kept the hammer down and passed most things, out braking them coming into the turns. After hammering the 600+bhp 135i all day, without missing a beat. He then swapped his wheels back and drove home. Good man.
With a stock of our premium PRORAM filters selling well (and looking good in their fresh new boxes), the stand was busy all day – helped of course by Ryan’s stunning Corrado. This has to be one of the stars of the 2019 show season and it seemed everyone wanted a photo of it.
Huge thanks to everyone that visited us on the Ramair stand and to all of the customers we met on the day.
Don’t forget to send us a pic of your new Ramair or PRORAM air filter fitted to your car – use our IG and Facebook @Ramairfilters. We’ll see you at our final event of the year, the Action Day Finale at Castle Combe on 12 October.
