Please include a copy of your invoice and a note with your order number stating that you would like
a refund or what you would like to exchange the item for.
We recommend using a 'signed for' or tracked service when returning items.
Upon receipt of the goods they will be checked and refunded/exchanged or you will be contacted
accordingly.
